Inertia Leadership was founded to bridge that gap.
To bring military leadership principles developed and
proven in high stress situations, to organizations and individuals who are, or will be, leaders in their companies.

In the military, it's part of our duties and our culture
to mentor junior personnel in to future leaders.

The more we spoke with people outside the military,
the more we learned that's not always the case
in the rest of the world.

While our careers were more corporate than combat,
the same skills, training and mentorship experienced in the military also apply to the civilian world.

About Us

Our leadership skills were honed during decades of experience the United States Air Force and Space Force, working with civilian, contractor and military personnel from all US military branches.
Learning from and experiencing leadership in depth at all levels, from 24/7 operations centers,
in a more C-suite environment at the Chief Operations Officer level, to multiple deployed locations,
and eventually leading organizations in Europe and across 30 allied partner nations
enabled leadership development across a broad range of environments and applications.
Whether it was leading several dozen people or a multi-billion dollar program,
one of the guiding principals was that we have the capability to bring the right people, right knowledge
and right decisions to make the mission a success.
The goal of Inertia Leadership is to bring these same principals to you in order to create strong, proactive leaders, who are focused on mission success to provide their teams the guidance and confidence to perform autonomously, then step back into the role of the strategic leader.
