To bring military leadership principles developed and proven in high stress situations, to organizations and individuals who are or will be leaders in their companies.

In the military, it's part of our duties to mentor junior personnel in to future leaders.

The more I spoke with people outside the military, the more I learned that's not always the case in the rest of the world.

About Aanan Patel

I honed my leadership skills throughout a 21 year career in the United States Air Force and Space Force, working with civilian, contractor and military personnel from all US military branches.

I was able to learn from and experience leadership in depth at all levels, starting from 24/7 operations centers, in a more corporate environment at the Chief Operations Officer level, to multiple deployed environments, and eventually leading my organization's efforts in Europe and across 30 allied partner nations.

Over my career, whether it was leading several dozen people or a multi-billion dollar program, one of my guiding principals was that I had the capability to bring the right people, right knowledge and right decisions to make the mission a success.

The goal of Inertia Leadership is to bring these same principals to you in order to create strong, proactive leaders who are focused on mission success, and can provide their teams the guidance and confidence to perform, then step back into the role of the strategic leader.
